Note. For a limited period of time
CADPictToFile will read all formats and distinguish between them
automatically. However, it is recommended, that you write a data update procedure
that converts all CAD drawings stored in picture fields to the new unswapped
format of CAD 1.0.3. This is quite easy, as
CADFileToPict will write the correct format.
%CADViewareas can now be used in 4D output layouts.
%CADareas in 4D output layouts will behave as
%CADViewareas. The area is automatically zoomed to either its draw-bounds or its clipbox (cf. note 391).
CADSetPrintCliphave been renamed
CADSetClipBox. If a ClipBox has been set, manually or by using
CADSetClipBox, it is used as a printing clipbox, but also as the viewport (zoombox) of (1) the external drawing call of note 38 and (2)
%CADViewareas in 4D output layouts (see note 390).
CADStoreToFilehas changed into a parameter that also controls opening the progress window.
Note. Regardless of the parameter passed,
will not display a progress window for a
area in an 4D output layout, as
doing so would cause an endless loop updating the output layout’s window.
