• (354) CADObjBox was incorrect for rotated strings. This has been fixed.
  
  
• (355) Loading a non-CAD picture with CADLoadFromPict crashed on Windows. This has been fixed.
  
  
• (356) Parameter theEventData2 of event callback kCADEventFilter2ObjCreate (ObjType) was wrong. This has been corrected.
  
  
• (357) Removing a polyline vertex with the backspace key while drawing a new polyline object cluttered the screen. This has been fixed.
  
  
• (358) While drawing new objects, mouse clicks outside of sketch bounds are no longer accepted.
  
  
• (359) Translating, reshaping and drawing now can be done in XOR mode, which is much faster than direct mode. The mode can be toggled while dragging. XOR mode doesn’t show fills and linewidths. It does show outlines, blips, markings and insert blocks.

  Note. Drawing polylines in XOR mode on Windows can cause screen blinking (to be improved).
  
  

• (360) Reshape and Translate modes have been enhanced. Optionally, if no object is selected by the first mouse-down click, objects can be selected by dragging an intersection frame (as in Intersection mode).
  • Setting this feature on, disables translating-by-vector (as the command key modifier is already in use). Consequently, the new feature is on by default for Reshape mode but off for Translate mode.
  • In the future, the reshape and translate modes might be replaced by three modes: a generic select-and-drag mode, a specialized reshape mode and a specialized translate mode.

  
  
  

• (361) CADGetUserPrefs and CADSetUserPrefs have been renamed CADGetDragPrefs and CADSetDragPrefs . There are five new parameters for these methods.
  • Defaults are: theIntersectInTranslateModeFlag = kCADFalse , theIntersectInReshapeModeFlag = kCADTrue , theDragOutlineFlag = kCADTrue , theDragOutlineToggleFlag = kCADTrue , theDragDosToggleKeyAscii = Ascii( 'D').
  • On Macintosh, the outline toggle key is always the option (alt) key.
  • DragPrefs are stored in CAD-files and CAD-pictures (and restored on loading).
