• (550) Changed the release format for 4D 2004 and 4Dv11 plugins by moving the .4DX and .RSR files from the Win4DX folder to the Contents/Windows subfolder of the Mac OS .bundle.

  However, it is still possible to move all .4DX and .RSR files out of their Mac OS X .bundle and release them in a Win4DX folder.

  License files and general shared libraries (such as libpq.dll and qtmlClient.dll) must be put directly (unbundled) into the Plugins or Win4DX folder.
  
  

• (551) Replaced the Windows page-setup dialog (of CADPageSetup ) by a Windows print-setup dialog. The reason being that on Windows Vista and Windows 7 the page-setup dialog no longer has the button to select a printer (which is absurd).
